Malta Digital Skills and Jobs Platform (LISP)

Saskia Van Uffelen has been the Digital Champion for Belgium since 2012, a mandate conferred by both the European Commission and the Belgian Government.

Her work is closely aligned with the Digital Agenda for Belgium, which strategically targets five core priority domains:

  • Digital Government
  • Infrastructure
  • Security
  • Economy
  • Skills and Jobs

Furthermore, she serves as the National Coalition Lead for Belgium for Digital Skills and Jobs as part of a European program.

She is deeply dedicated to leading and managing Digital Transformation within organizations in all aspect such as: business definition, customer segmentation, new ecosystem building, organization, competences and culture.

She masters essential characteristics required for such a role, fincluding strong leadership, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills plus the fact that she is result oriented and knows how to collaborate in a diverse and inclusive world.
