Funding

The Call for Information and Training Measures for Workers’ Organisations is a funding opportunity under the Social Prerogatives and Specific Competencies Lines, supporting projects that strengthen the capacity of workers’ organisations to engage in social dialogue and address challenges in employment and working conditions across Europe. It aims in particular to enhance expertise, including through training and the development of skills relevant to ongoing labour market transformations such as digitalisation and the green transition.

Eligible Activities

  • Conferences, seminars, and roundtables

  • Training courses and development of training tools

  • Studies, surveys, and publications

  • Networking activities and exchange of best practices

  • Actions supporting social dialogue, including preparation and implementation of agreements

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be legal entities established in EU Member States or eligible associated countries (full list in the call text)

  • Both applications from single applicants and consortia are accepted

  • Only social partner organisations from an EU Member State representing workers at European level can apply as single applicants

  • The coordinator of the consortium must be a social partner representing workers at European, national, or regional level.

  • If the social partner coordinator works at national or regional level, the consortium must include an organisation from a different eligible country and an European-level social partner organisation

Funding

  • Total call budget: 6 670 000 EUR

  • Expected number of projects funded: 15-20

  • Grant per project: typically 150 000 – 700 000 EUR

  • Funding rate: 90% of eligible costs
