E-skills and open data (2020)

The aim of this publication is to answer the question: What skills are needed to work with open data?

Based on extensive desk research and interviews, research identifies the required skills in this area. Concludes that analytical, statistical and technological skills are needed in addition to communication skills and knowledge in the field. The publication also addresses the gap between the demand for e-skills and supply and contains several recommendations to close it.
