Under the theme of “Smart and Sustainable Growth for Regions\,” it will explore how improving digital infrastructure can help address regional disparities and promote more inclusive growth. The workshop will examine how EU Cohesion Policy can further support investment in digital infrastructure to create more resilient\, sustainable regions. It will also highlight successful regional practices\, that are leading the way in overcoming the digital divide. \nRegister now to attend the workshop.

SUMMARY:LINDDUN GO\, Lightweight & Gamified Privacy Threat Modelling
DESCRIPTION:Privacy threat modelling plays an important role in the implementation of software according to the principle of privacy by design. However\, performing an exhaustive and thorough analysis using methods such as LINDDUN PRO (per-interaction) is a time- and resource-intensive endeavour. To meet increasing demand from practitioners for more accessible methods with a lower barrier to entry\, LINDDUN GO was developed. This lightweight ‘flavour’ of LINDDUN strives to draw a wider audience into privacy threat modelling by distilling the framework into a narrowed down set of concrete threats and representing the information with a deck of custom-made playing cards. The cards can be used to ‘play’ through a threat modelling session according to a set of rules\, or simply serve as inspiration for the threat modeler.

SUMMARY:Paradigm shift from cybersecurity to cyber resilience
DESCRIPTION:The European Cyber Security COmmunity Project (ECCO)\, in support of the ECCC\, announces its new knowledge-sharing webinar focused on the paradigm shift from cybersecurity to cyber resilience. \nGenerative AI and quantum computing are a game changer for cybersecurity\, a double-edge sword that can support cyber defence as well as generate sophisticated and targeted cyber attacks. Do we need a paradigm shift from cybersecurity to cyber resilience\, and why is AI-based risk management so important? It is necessary to rethink existing “static” cybersecurity approaches towards more “dynamic” ones such as moving target defence. But what are the implications in the light of the increasing and evolving threat landscape? How can generative AI support the development of zero-touch management of networks?
